|
Business Tools and Equipment |
Insurance coverage should be sufficient to replace all tools and equipment, including the tools and equipment your employees transport to and from a job site. Specialized equipment, like welding machines, or some other very expensive equipment may need to be scheduled in your business insurance policy. |
Loss of Business Income Due to Equipment Breakdown |
If business operations are shut down due to the breakdown of equipment, you will obviously lose business income. You may want to consider this type coverage in your business insurance program. |
General Liability Insurance |
General liability insurance will provide insurance coverage for the risk of causing bodily injury or property damage to someone else. General liability can be purchased in a stand alone policy or it can be packaged with property insurance in a Business Owners' Policy (BOP). |
Commercial Builders Risk Insurance |
If you are in the construction industry, you will probably want insurance coverage to cover the property under construction, as well as, materials on and off the job site. |
Commercial Auto Insurance |
Vehicles which are used primarily in your TN business probably should be insured under a commercial or business auto policy. |
Workers' Compensation Insurance |
TN State Law may require that you provide Workers' Compensation or Workers' Comp Insurance, even if you have no full time or part time employees. |
